The Delhi Budget will be unveiled at 11am today, after considerable drama. The budget was originally scheduled to be released yesterday, but was delayed due to a disagreement between the ruling Aam Aadmi Party and the Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party over the release of certain budgetary documents.
