Arvind Kejriwal on the woman who passed away after being pulled by a car: “Very shameful”
It is very shameful that a woman was pulled by a car and died in Delhi. Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, has said that an inquiry will be set up to look into the incident. He also said that action will be taken against those responsible.
A 20-year-old woman was hit by a car and dragged for nearly seven kilometers in the capital’s Sultanpuri area. Five men suspected to be drunk have been arrested for causing death by negligence. The incident took place during the early hours of Sunday.
Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has said that all aspects of the case are being looked into.
