The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its philosophy have been criticised by Rahul Gandhi when the Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Haryana. The yatra, which is being led by Rahul Gandhi, is aimed at uniting the country under the banner of Congress.
“The BJP’s philosophy is one of hatred, anger and violence. It is the opposite of what our country stands for,” Rahul said in a tweet.
He also accused the BJP of trying to divide the country along religious lines.
“The BJP is trying to divide our country along religious lines. We will not let them succeed,” he said.
The Bharat Jodo Yatra is scheduled to cover a distance of over 12,000 kilometres and will culminate in a rally in Delhi on January 26.
