Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has become the first owner of the Aston Martin DB12 in India.

British supercar manufacturer Aston Martin launched the GT car DB12 in India in September 2023, priced at ₹4.59 crore. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal is the first owner of the car in India. The car was delivered via Aston Martin New Delhi and is painted in Satin Aston Martin Racing Green. Pictures of the car were shared on Instagram by ‘Automobili Ardent India’.

Zomato CEO has chosen a Satin Aston Martin Racing Green with 21-inch alloy wheels and diamond-cut finish. Equipped with a Mercedes-Benz-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, it has a powerful 680 bhp and 800 Nm torque, and an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Aston Martin DB11 GT supercar is a brand new model, following its popularity and being 80% brand new according to the company.

Former Shark Tank India judge and ex-BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover previously stated that Deepinder Goyal would purchase sportscars after each funding round.

In a podcast, Deepinder Goyal, founder of Zomato, expressed his passion for cars, stating that he would buy a sports car every time he received a round of funding, which caused some discomfort as he would get to ride luxury cars. This passion for cars is shared by everyone, including Zomato’s founder.
