The Gurugram police have registered a case against Elvish Yadav, the winner of the Bigg Boss, for assaulting a YouTuber.

Gurugram police have arrested Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav for allegedly assaulting YouTuber Sagar Thakur, who claimed Yadav attempted to break his spine.

Sagar Thakur, known as Maxtern, took action after a viral video of Elvish Yadav allegedly thrashing a man.

The Gurugram police have filed a case under sections 147, 149, 323, and 506 of the IPC for rioting, unlawful assembly, voluntarily causing hurt, and criminal intimidation.

Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, has filed a complaint with the police regarding a serious assault and threat to his life by Elvish Yadav, a renowned content creator specializing in gaming entertainment, who has been producing content on YouTube since 2017.

Sagar Thakur claims that since 2021, he has been acquainted with Elvish Yadav and alleges that fan pages have been spreading propaganda against him.

The complainant experienced distress due to hate and propaganda spread by Elvish Fan Pages. He sought counseling from an NGO and was asked to meet Elvish Yadav, who, when drunk, began beating him and using abusive language at a store.

Sagar Thakur claimed that Elvish Yadav intended to physically disable him.

On 8th March 2024, Elvish Yadav attempted to break my spine, causing me to become physically disabled. He threatened to kill me before leaving, leaving me almost unconscious.
