The Gujarat court will issue a ruling in the case against Rahul Gandhi for his statement against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This case was filed by a lawyer named Amit Thakkar who accused Rahul Gandhi of making a false statement against the Prime Minister. Amit Thakkar had filed a criminal complaint against Rahul Gandhi under Section 500 (defamation) of the Indian Penal Code. In his complaint, Amit Thakkar had said that Rahul Gandhi had made a false and defamatory statement against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during an election rally in Gujarat.
