IndiGo requests that travellers arrive 3.5 hours early due to airport congestion in Delhi.
IndiGo, one of India’s largest airlines, has requested that travellers arrive 3.5 hours early for flights departing from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport. This is due to the current congestion at the airport, which is causing delays for departing flights. IndiGo is urging passengers to check in online and arrive at the airport with ample time to spare.
IndiGo has asked its passengers to reach the airport at least 3.5 hours before their flight takes off. Delhi airports are experiencing high footfalls and check-in and boarding time expected to be longer. Passengers asked to carry only one piece of hand baggage weighing seven kgs for a smooth security check.
