Case against Kejriwal

India’s sitting CM, Kejriwal, was arrested on corruption charges after skipping nine summonses from the ED, which he deemed “illegal,” marking the first instance of such arrest in India.

The case concerns alleged irregularities and money laundering during the development and implementation of the Delhi Excise Policy 2022, which was later withdrawn.
