Twitter’s premium service, Twitter Blue, is back and now features “verified” badges for users. The badges are a way for users to show that they are verified by Twitter and are not fake accounts. This is a great way for users to show that they are legitimate and not part of a scam.

Twitter has resumed selling its Twitter Blue premium offering, which gives users blue verification badges. Some subscribers were using the paid service to impersonate well-known accounts. Users who pay $8 a month will received a check mark in a blue badge next to their profile pictures.
