President Droupadi Murmu will travel to Rajasthan today for a two-day visit. During her time there, she will meet with state officials and tour several important sites. This visit is an important step in strengthening the relationship between Rajasthan and the central government.

The President will take part in a number of activities, including the beginning of numerous initiatives.
The President’s Secretariat has made a formal announcement that President Murmu will inaugurate Samvidhan Udyan at Raj Bhavan in Jaipur. She will also officially lay the cornerstone for the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project and virtually inaugurate Rajasthan’s Transmission System for Solar Energy Zones.
At Raj Bhavan in Jaipur, she will meet people from the communities of Rajasthan’s “Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups.”
The President will attend the launch of a national campaign on “RISE-Rising India through Spiritual Empowerment,” sponsored by the Brahma Kumaris, that same evening at Mount Abu, according to the release.
Additionally, President Murmu will lay the cornerstone for the Brahma Kumaris’ Auditorium and Spiritual Art Gallery in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as well as virtually open the Brahma Kumaris Silence Retreat Centre in Secunderabad, Telangana.
The President will attend the opening of the 18th National Scouts and Guides of India Jamboree at Pali, Rajasthan, on January 4, 2023.
