Twitter demotes journalists that covered Elon Musk for the NYT, Washington Post, and other publications.
Twitter has come under fire for allegedly demoting journalists that have covered Elon Musk in the past. The social media platform has been accused of censoring these journalists by changing their usernames and profile photos, as well as making it more difficult for their tweets to be seen.
This is not the first time that Twitter has been accused of censoring users. In the past, the platform has been accused of silencing conservative voices and banning users for their political views.
Twitter has denied that it is censoring journalists, saying that the changes were made to ” improve the quality of the conversation.” However, many users are not convinced and believe that Twitter is trying to silence those that are critical of Musk and his companies.
