Why there are so many sick children in German hospitals
There are a number of reasons why there are so many sick children in German hospitals. One reason is that the population of Germany is aging, and as people age they are more likely to develop chronic illnesses. Another reason is that Germany has a high rate of immigration, and many of the immigrants are coming from countries with high rates of disease. Finally, Germany has a very good health care system, which means that more people are able to get the care they need.
It comes after two years of the coronavirus pandemic which brought measures like face masks to protect children from respiratory viruses.
